Penang's For Beng Hock

I attended the Malaysian's For Beng Hock Forum held in Penang this afternoon.

Thanks to the group of people that do not want the PEOPLE to forget this time. The tragedy had been 1 year and also the inquest had been drag for so long, but nothing concluded. In fact, the longer it drag, the more disappointment from the People.

And at end the of the day, the real reason of death might not mean anything to the People as the People would have made their own conclusion.

However, the People should not forget. Teoh Beng Hock is not like A Beng or A Hock like you and me. He is someone that work for the state government, an aid for the Exco member of the government. If this can happen to him and no justice is done, what will happen in the future to you and me, and our children.

The JUSTICE must be straighten.

I was at the Penang Speakers' Square tonight, together with few hundreds others joined the memorial of the anniversary.

Just want to tell the irresponsible ruling government,

WE HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN!

The Same Question, Do you Believe?

I was in Shah Alam today visiting a project site and my client show me this building and said,

"Look, this is the building where TBH fell down."

Oh! Finally I reached this sad place without any planning. We parked there, took some photos and stood there for the while, trying to "imagine" the time TBH fell down.

My client asked me," Do you believe TBH fell down himself?"

We are not pathologies nor the professional investigator. We could only choose to believe or not.

Do you believe he fell down himself?

(And we are still waiting for the professionals' report which had delayed for the 2nd time.)

The 2nd autopsy of TBH

The exhumation of Teoh Beng Hock’s body for a second autopsy, ordered by the inquest into his recent death, has been completed-malaysia insiders.

The exhumation was a difficult but brave decision for TBH's family. Now the whole nation wish that this second autopsy could clear completely all doubts and controversial testimony from the experts.

This time we have forensic experts from 3 countries, Dr shahidan Md Noor from Malaysia, Dr Peter Venezis from UK and Dr Pornthip from Thailand.

We hope that the experts could carry out their works purely based on their professionalism and technical judgement regardless of other factors such as political agenda, races, religion, etc.

We hope that 3 of them could have a same and correct testimony and the testimony could contribute to a good assistance to find out the real reasons of the fallen of this young man.

What if what the letter said is true?

Unfortunately, the letter that supposed to be confidential was widely spread in the Internet world.

As usual, one of the well known main actors that always appeared in the Malaysia political comedy shows immediately jumped out and denied all the allegations, while the other main actor that hide behind the scene taking "emergency leave".

The deputy chief had dismissed the contents of the letter, without reading it, but listen to his officers reports but promised to investigate.

Certainly, most of the Malaysia hope that the letter is false and not true.

If the letter is not true, the police should investigate and arrest those whose spread the false information and most importantly, to return the "good name" of those actors and the institutions.

The only headaches are what if "unfortunately" what the letter said are true?
