Single Stream School - The UMNO Final Destination

If you still focus on the MCA "scandal". Yes, it is a scandal. The crisis had turn to scandal. Bankrupt of dignity, trust, integrity, etc had made the people lost of respect for the party, the party that used to be the most popular among Chinese in Malaysia for the last 50 years.
You might still hope that the "Great Unity Plan" could quickly settle the party crisis and subsequently back to protect the Chinese community, then you will find all these hopes will be remained as a hope as we do for the past 50 years.
Of all the boring MCA news, the suggestion of single stream school was brought again by current UMNO leader DPM, supported by future UMNO leader, Mukhriz and the previous UMNO leader, ex-ex-PM.
What is this means? This is just showing that the dreams of UMNO leaders in the education were/are/will never change. They may give reason about unity, harmony, etc. but the intention is very clear.
They may promised to relocate or build some new vernacular schools, or given some subsidies, etc., etc. but the final destination will never change.
Even the PM promised the vernacular schools will remain unless the public demand it to be abolished. But, who is the public? The 2/3 MPs, more than 50% of population, or the survey from the Internet?
The suggestions to abolish and promises of not to abolish vernacular school are just a repetitive games. it happen every now and then for the past many years. They will do it again and again until one day you give up the rights.
Unity and harmony not only due to vernacular school, but the fairness and integrity. If the government fair to all, the poor, the incapable, the weak instead of purely based on races or religions, then all in the community will live harmony and unity.
