Car & Cows
I am about to throw all school text books into dust bin that I studied during school. In our understanding, the commission agencies in a country are the INDEPENDENT agencies that set up to carry out tasks that required freedom from external influences especially from ruling political parties or individuals. They only report to the Constitution Monarchy.
Election COMMISSION had made an "extra-ordinary" decision of rejecting by-election as proposed by the Perak State Assembly Speaker request and "extra-caring" to certain party comfort but ignore the voters comfort by setting the 2-Bukit by-election date just before the allowed period. The move "look like and sound like" favour to certain party.
Today, Malaysia Anti-Corruption COMMISSION made a fast & initiative action to find "strong evidence" to show Selangor Menteri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim had misused his powers over the purchase of 46 cows (cost RM110,400) and maintenance of his own cars (cost RM7,797).
Of course, if the MB is found guilty, he should be charged, irrelevant he is VVIP or the amounts is small.
However, the question is the COMMISSION "look like and sound like" selectively to investigate and act on the cases they prefer. In Perak, their are ADUNs cum Excos unreasonably missing for few days and hopped party immediately they appeared again, REPORTED BUT NO ACTION. In Kedah, the PR ADUN had reported and trapped in video together with the officers many months ago about the offer to hop party, REPORTED BUT NO ACTION. Besides, there are still lost count of reports lodge unattended.
What to say, even the highest authority in the country is also tilted.

I raised my hand and leg to support your view.
I'm so disgusted with how critical the situation is in our country that I'm at a loss for words!
How can a country function when the last authority to settle disputes is also compromised? Not too mention the other democratic institutions which are supposed to be impartial in order to uphold the principles of democracy.
IMHO, this country needs a revolution otherwise we would lose it to a 'family owned' business entity!
