Crabs vs Crabs

The referee whistle. Ali Rustam out. Khiary maintains innocence, Khir Toyo relieved.
My friend, an EPL and Liverpool fan sms me:"This referee sometimes give red card and expel player but other time give red card and allow the player to continue playing."
The other said:"Ya. This is ways of Malaysia Politics."
In Malaysia, what ever committees or judiciary boards, it is the Malaysian perception that whether you are guilty all depends on which camp you are in.
If you are opposition, you will be always guilty.
If you are in different and a weaker camp in the party, you will be also always guilty.
This certainly not a law but normally they called it coincident.
Whatever it is, this is just a party consists a basket of crabs that fighting themselves.
But we just wonder, could the rejected candidate due to money politics in the party qualified to work as MB/MP for all people?
